Masks are made in the USA, are 100% washable, and can be dried in a household or commercial drier. They are made with a pocket to insert a filter, if needed. Manufacturer consulted with a CDC-trained Epidemiologist and Clinical Doctors to discuss need, design and fit for the appropriate barrier facial mask.
Masks are not intended for use in clinical settings where sterility or air purification is needed. Only masks certified by NIOSH as an N95 respirator should be used in those settings.
Wearing a barrier mask helps prevent face touching, and lowers the risk of bringing viruses and bacteria into your mouth, nose and eyes. This helps prevent you from becoming infected with communicable diseases such as the coronavirus (COVID-19), influenza, and the common cold. It can also filter out pollutants and irritants that can trigger asthma, COPD, or bronchitis, which further weaken a person’s immune system and makes them more susceptible to infections like COVID-19.
